From "7/30" to "16/30"...that's 30% raise !

Here, I am talking about the completion rate. Few weeks back, I had shared a certificate collage which showed 7 people out of 30 people who had attended my workshop on STA using open-source tool “Opentimer”, had completed the entire assignment…That’s good…

But what’s great is…in the next workshop on similar topic, with a batch of (again) 30 people, 16 people completed their assignments…That’s about 30% increase in the completion rate of assignments. Here’s their certificate collage which I have framed with me as a memory:

30% increase just from 1^st workshop to 2^nd one is really a huge number. If you look it from another angle, maybe, its 30% more trust people had on me and the workshop content or maybe, its 30% more effort, that I have put in this workshop, or maybe, this time, I was able to convince 30% more to people that “Open-source is the future” and “Concepts understanding overrides tool understanding”

It really didn’t matter to all people who attended my workshop about which STA tools are we using, what mattered is the content & STA concepts that they learnt, and the willingness to learn a tool from scratch. With that attitude, I can promise you, all the above 16 people who have completed my workshop can learn any STA tool from scratch. I am also confident enough, that you throw a problem statement to them, and they will solve it differently, as now, they learnt how to see things differently.

This reminds me of a quote by Brendon Burchard, “Always believe in your ability to figure things out. You can learn and you’ll make it through”
