First time in India, IIT Hyderabad is conducting a fully automated national level cloud based Analog IC design Hackathon on using Synopsys commercial tool.

The entire hackathon is on cloud with no-human-in-loop apart from doubt solving. It took 8 months of planning/lab deployment/license server management/web development, and finally we have brought an opportunity for all students community to experience the IC
design using commercial tools.
The Indian Govt initiative Chips to Startup (C2S) aims to propel innovation, build domestic capacities to ensure hardware sovereignty, and
build a Semiconductor Ecosystem that requires 85,000+ highly trained engineers. Working towards this vision statement, we have planned the 3-Week “Cloud based Analog IC Design Hackathon using Synopsys Custom Design Platform”.
We would like to invite all Indian college students to explore IC design, where we are introducing them to Analog Design concepts via this Hackathon, in collaboration with IIT Hyderabad.
