If you are an ASIC or Physical Design engineer, you will be so amazed to know about the similarities between FPGA and ASIC PNR flow. Fundamentals remain so same, just different modes of configuring 2 different systems

 

I am very sure, after this workshop, all of you Physical Designers will question - why haven't we explored FPGAs before? If you have an RTL, and want to quickly check its performance on real hardware, FPGA is the way to go about
